Christian Cox Prejean


Christian Cox Prejean focuses her practice on oil and gas non-litigation matters, including title examination, unitization and contract negotiation. Her experience also includes real estate, commercial transactions and corporate governance, including litigation in these areas.

A native of South Carolina, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Legal Studies, with honors, from Clemson University in 2002.

Mrs. Prejean earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006 where she was a Member of the Moot Court Honor Board, a Legislator for the Student Bar Association and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing I and II. While competing on the Moot Court Honor Board, Mrs. Prejean was a Finalist in the 2004 Chicago Bar Association Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition and Quarter-Finalist in the 2005 Ruby R. Vale Interschool Corporate Moot Court Competition. She was also the recipient of the Best Appellate Brief Award, along with Book Awards for Sales and Legal Research and Writing I.

Mrs. Prejean was admitted to practice in Florida in 2006 and Louisiana in 2008. She is an active member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association and American Bar Association.
